目的分析以表面电极进行神经传导速度测定及F波测定对GBS诊断的作用及优点。方法对30例GBS患者采用表面电极测定正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、胫神经、面神经的运动神经传导远端潜伏期、传导速度、远端、近端CMAP波幅;感觉神经传导速度、波幅;F波出现率,潜伏期。结果以个体为单位计算,运动神经传导异常的有24例,其中有远端潜伏期延长者16例,有CMAP波幅减低者14例,神经传导速度减慢19例,有2条以上神经CMAP完全无法引出者9例;感觉神经传导异常者16例,其中传导速度减慢14例,波幅减低者7例,感觉神经传导异常者几乎均合并有运动神经传导异常;F波出现率减低者26例,其中单纯F波出现率减低而无其他神经传导异常者5例。结论以表面电极进行神经电图检查诊断吉兰-巴雷综合征有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the effect and advantage of nerve conduction velocity measurement and F wave measurement on the diagnosis of GBS with surface electrodes. Methods 30 cases of GBS patients were measured by using surface electrodes to detect the distal nerve conduction, ulnar nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve and facial nerve. The distance, the conduction velocity, the distal and proximal CMAP amplitude, the sensory nerve conduction velocity and amplitude, F wave incidence, latency. Results In terms of individuals, there were 24 cases of motor nerve conduction abnormalities, including 16 cases of prolonged distal latency, 14 cases of CMAP amplitude decrease, 19 cases of slow nerve conduction velocity, 2 cases of nerve CMAP completely unable to There were 16 cases with abnormal sensory nerve conduction, 14 cases with slowed conduction velocity and 7 cases with decreased amplitude. Almost all sensory nerve conduction abnormalities were associated with abnormal motor nerve conduction. Among them, 26 cases had a decrease of F wave appearance, Among them, the incidence of simple F-wave decreased and no other neurological abnormalities were found in 5 cases. Conclusion It is of great significance to diagnose Guillain - Barre syndrome with neuroelectrogram examination by surface electrodes.
