病历摘要杨××,女性、62岁、白族、搬运工人,住院号438号。因反复气急、心悸、水肿五年余,于1976年5月17日再次入院。患者于五年前发现高血压病,血压波动于150 ～170/90～110毫米汞柱之间。此后反复气急、咳嗽、心悸、水肿。体检:发育正常,营养不良,神清,端坐呼吸,全身水肿,尤以下肢为甚,唇周轻度紫,颈静脉怒张,甲状腺不肿大。胸廓呈桶状,叩诊呈过清音,心前区可见弥散性搏动,触诊有抬举性搏

Physical examination: normal development, malnutrition, clear, sit breathing, systemic edema, especially in the lower limbs, mild purple lips, jugular vein engorgement, thyroid enlargement. Thorax was barrel-shaped, percussion showed voiceless, diffuse beating anterior precordial beats, palpation with resistance
