目的:探讨CuZn-SOD活性与鼻咽癌的关系;辐照效应对鼻咽癌病人CuZn-SOD活性的影响。方法:采用肾上腺素自氧化法对63例放射治疗前后各临床分期鼻咽癌病人进行CuZn-SOD活性的检测。结果:鼻咽癌病人放射治疗前CuZn-SOD活性显著低于健康人(P<0.05),放射治疗后鼻咽癌病人CuZn-SOD活性比放射治疗前有所降低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。放射治疗前鼻咽癌病人SOD比活性也显著低于健康人(P<0.05),放射治疗后鼻咽癌病人SOD比活性也比放射治疗前有所下降,但差异也无显著性(P>0.05)。同时检测鼻咽癌病人GSHPX活性显示,放射治疗前鼻咽癌病人GSHPX活性显著低于健康人,放射治疗后鼻咽癌病人GSHPX活性也比放射治疗前有所降低。结论:鼻咽癌病人无论是放射治疗前还是放射治疗后,CuZn-SOD、SOD比活性和GXHPX活性均下降。鼻咽癌病人抗氧化能力处于较低水平。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between CuZn-SOD activity and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Effect of irradiation on CuZn-SOD activity in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: CuZn-SOD activity in 63 clinical NPC patients before and after radiotherapy was detected by adrenaline autoxidation. Results: The activity of CuZn-SOD in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before radiotherapy was significantly lower than that in healthy people (P <0.05). The activity of CuZn-SOD in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy was lower than that before radiotherapy, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The specific activity of SOD in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before radiotherapy was also significantly lower than that in healthy people (P <0.05). The specific activity of SOD in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy was also lower than that before radiotherapy, but the difference was not significant P> 0.05). The simultaneous detection of GSHPX activity in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma showed that the activity of GSHPX in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before radiation therapy was significantly lower than that in healthy people. The activity of GSHPX in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy was also lower than that before radiotherapy. CONCLUSIONS: The activities of CuZn-SOD, SOD and GXHPX in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma both before and after radiotherapy are decreased. Nasopharyngeal cancer patients at a lower level of antioxidant capacity.
