班主任教育机智就是班主任育人工作中的机敏和智慧,它是引起学生心弦的共鸣力,是班主任的表现力和说服力,是班主任在育人工作中的应变力和组织力。文章依据班主任大赛情景答题案例,将班主任教育机智划分为如下几个类型:偶发事件型、自身失误型、疑难杂症型、恶作剧型。相应的应对策略主要有:沉着冷静,理性应对;语出真诚,掌握分寸;随机应变,因势利导;对症下药,攻心为上等。
It is the sympathetic force that arouses the students’ hearts and is the expressive force and persuasion of the class teacher. It is also the strain and organizational power of the class teacher in educating people.
