调查煤矿井下生产性噪声对工人听力损伤的影响。方法 首先对煤矿井下采掘现场进行噪声测定 ,然后对 2 5 2名井下工人(其中掘进工人 15 9名 ,采煤工人 93名 )进行纯音听力测听 ,将测听结果进行统计学分析。结果 2 5 2名工人中近 90 %的人有不同程度的听力损伤 ,以高频听力损伤为著 ,平均听力曲线为缓降型 ;工龄愈长 ,听力损失愈显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;掘进工人听力损伤与采煤工人听力损失有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 煤矿井下生产性噪声能使大多数工人有不同程度的听力损伤 ,噪声聋与噪声级及噪声暴露时间长短有关
Investigate the impact of mine-generated noise on workers’ hearing impairment. Methods Firstly, the noise of coal mine underground excavation was measured. Then 255 underground workers (including 15 9 tunneling workers and 93 coal mining workers) were tested for pure tone audiometry, and the results of audiometry were statistically analyzed. Results 25% of the workers had nearly 90% hearing loss, with high-frequency hearing loss as the average hearing loss curve; the longer the service life, the more significant hearing loss (P <0.01) ). There was a highly significant difference between hearing workers ’hearing loss and coal miners’ hearing loss (P <0.01). Conclusion Coal mine production noise can make most workers have different degrees of hearing impairment, noise and noise level and noise exposure time length
