财务共享服务中心是这几年中最新崛起的一种会记报表管理模式,也是跨过企业最多使用的,不仅很大的程度上减少了处理事物资金上的消耗,同样的也大大的加快了工作的效率,让企业的战略能够有效的实行,所以财务共享模式能够得到广大人们的认可,也成为理论以及实务两界的焦点。所以企业必需要结行业特点和自身特点来优化财务共享服务中心。本文探讨了财务共享服务中心所存在的问题,并从实际出发,提出了一些解决和改进的策略。
