教师的绩效考核作为管理教师工作的重要任务,对于学校的整体教学水平的提高以及教师专业的长远发展具有重大的影响。我国在实行义务教育制度以来,就将教师的绩效核算纳入教师管理系统,但是在实际的操作过程中往往存在较多的问题,其中就包括单以学生的成绩来衡量教师的水平,以此作为考核的依据;学校片面重视学校的发展,将提升学校的荣誉作为首要前提,忽视了教师的发展等,都极大的影响我国教育的进步。本文具体从目前普通高中教师绩效考核现状进行分析,指出其存在的问题,提出相应的建议,希望对普通高中教师绩效考核制度的完善以及我国教育事业的发展起到一定的积极作用。
Teachers’ performance appraisal as an important task in managing teachers’ work has a significant impact on the improvement of the overall teaching level of the school and the long-term development of teachers’ profession. Since the implementation of compulsory education system in our country, teachers ’performance appraisal has been incorporated into the teacher management system. However, there are many problems in the actual operation process, including the single measure of the teacher’s level based on the students’ performance, Assessment basis; schools one-sided emphasis on the development of schools, will enhance the school’s honor as the first premise, ignoring the development of teachers, etc., have greatly affected the progress of education in our country. This article concretely analyzes the status quo of ordinary senior high school teachers ’performance appraisal, points out its existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions. It hopes to improve teachers’ performance appraisal system in ordinary high schools and the development of educational undertakings in our country.
