目的:检测体检用真空采血管中是否带菌以及其带菌情况。方法:对7个批号真空采血管进行细菌培养后,提取染色体,利用16 s rRNA细菌通用引物进行PCR扩增和序列分析。结果:检测的采血管中有5个批号都检出带菌,培养阳性率平均为32.3%,所带细菌大多为对营养条件要求比较低的细菌,如副球菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、葡萄球菌、假单胞菌等。结论:体检用真空采血管普遍带菌,不能用于与细菌有关的各种检测,需要使用真空采血管时必须使用带有无菌标志的专用采血管。
Aims: To detect the presence or absence of bacteria in the vacuum blood collection tube of the medical examination and its carriage. Methods: After culturing 7 batches of vacuum blood collection tubes, the chromosomes were extracted and the 16 s rRNA bacterial universal primers were used for PCR amplification and sequence analysis. Results: Five batches of tested blood samples were detected and detected. The average positive rate of culture was 32.3%. Most of the bacteria in the blood collection cartridges were those with low nutritional requirements such as Paracoccus, Bacillus licheniformis, Staphylococcus, Aeromonas and so on.
