一、引言在自动控制领域中,PID是一种应用广泛、工程技术人员熟悉的一种控制方法。不过,以往PID调节规律是用常规仪表来实现。现在,随着计算机的产生和发展,PID的调节规律可以按计算机的数字控制算法,用PID数字调节器来代替PID模拟调节器。 PID数字调节器是随计算机产生的新技术,那末研究数字PID,发展PID技术,将是自动控制领域中很有意义的事,也是实际应用中很关心的事。笔者结合研制的锻造加热炉的实例,介绍数字PID技术几种特殊算法。二、带有预控的PlD 数字PID技术应用于单变量、单回路开环或闭环控制系统,很多有关书籍都介绍过了。
I. INTRODUCTION In the field of automatic control, PID is a kind of control method widely used by engineers and technicians. However, in the past, the regulation of PID was realized by conventional instruments. Now, with the emergence and development of computers, the regulation of PID can be replaced by PID digital regulator according to the digital control algorithm of the computer. PID digital regulator is a computer-generated new technology, then the study of digital PID, the development of PID technology, will be very meaningful in the field of automatic control, but also very much concerned about the practical application. The author combined with the development of forging furnace examples, introduced several special digital PID technology algorithm. Second, with pre-PID digital PID technology used in single-variable, single-loop open-loop or closed-loop control system, a lot of books have been introduced.
