用随意尿HCG放免测定,对100例妊娠42～83天的正常妇女人工流产术后尿HCG水平进行了观察,结果表明尿HCG高峰出现在停经60～70天,峰值在170 000 mlU/ml上下,95%以上高于14 000 mlU/ml,全部高于4 000 mlU/ml。人工流产术后第1周尿HCG迅速下降,然后逐渐消退,术后14天全部降至2 000 mlU/m1以下,23天全部降至正常,如术后3周尿HCG水平仍未降至正常,则应考虑流产不全。留尿测定易为病人所接受。
