为全面系统地评价防渗毯材料在输油管道中的应用效果,解决穿越环境敏感区域管道渗漏防护难题,结合防渗毯材料在管道工程中的实际应用,将管道发生事故时的油品泄漏原理、管道阴极保护影响、穿越及水工保护实施技术,与防渗毯材料的技术性能指标、试验检测数据进行对比,从材料性能、实施可靠性、使用寿命及经济性方面进行综合评价。指出该防渗毯材料不具有普遍适用性,对于小口径、低压力管道,可以作为有效的防渗措施之一,而对于大口径、高压力管道,则需要分析和有条件应用。同时提供了输油管道防渗防护的评价方法,为将来经过其他类似保护区的施工防护提供借鉴。
In order to comprehensively and systematically evaluate the effect of anti-seepage blanket material in oil pipelines and solve the problem of pipe leakage protection through the environment-sensitive areas, combined with the practical application of anti-seepage blanket materials in pipeline engineering, the oil leakage principle , The influence of pipeline cathodic protection, crossing and hydraulic protection implementation technology, the technical performance index of anti-seepage blanket material and the test data are compared, and comprehensive evaluation is made on material performance, implementation reliability, service life and economy. It is pointed out that the impermeable blanket material is not universally applicable. For small diameter and low pressure pipelines, it can be used as an effective anti-seepage measure. For large diameter and high pressure pipelines, analysis and conditional application are required. At the same time, it provides the evaluation method for seepage control of oil pipeline and provides reference for construction protection in other similar protected areas in the future.
