目的对2011年2月—2012年1月天津市售双壳经济贝类腹泻性贝毒(DSP)污染状况进行为期一年的抽样,调查其食用安全性。方法分别采用小鼠生物法和液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC/MS-MS)对可食部分进行检测,测定毒素含量及分析毒素组成。结果在所抽查的10种103个贝类样品中,只有产自河北唐山的毛蚶中5月和8月采集的样品中有2个呈阳性且均超标。对阳性样品进行LC/MS-MS检测,检出DTX-1和YTX毒素。结论腹泻性贝毒在天津市场范围内检出率及含量整体水平不高,但应提示有关部门应在春季预防,在夏季加强对食用贝类的监测和宣传,以保证市民健康安全。
Objective To investigate the edible safety of a commercially available bivalve diarrheal shellfish poisoning (DSP) in Tianjin from February 2011 to January 2012 for one year. Methods The edible parts were detected by using mouse biological method and liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry (LC / MS-MS) respectively. The toxin content was determined and the toxin composition was analyzed. Results Of the 10 samples of 103 shellfish sampled, only two of the samples collected from May and August collected from Tangshan, Hebei Province were positive and exceeded the standard. Positive samples were analyzed by LC / MS-MS and DTX-1 and YTX toxins were detected. Conclusions The detection rate and content of diarrhea shellfish poisoning in the Tianjin market are not high. However, it is suggested that the departments concerned should prevent it in the spring and strengthen the monitoring and publicity of the shellfish in the summer so as to ensure the health and safety of the residents.
