在北方钢管厂第一轧管车间的168~325毫米周期式乳管机组上已掌握了石油管的生产。该机组由2000吨卧式水压冲孔机、二辊式延伸机、两台周期轧机和12架定减径机组成。穿孔前的钢锭和延伸前的轧坯在环形炉中加热,定径前的钢管在步进炉中加热。大家都知道,对石油管(包括钻杆)的表面质量提出了高要求。研究表明,诸如内折、单个的轧折、裂纹和气孔等缺陷是因作为轧管坯料的平炉钢十边形钢锭的表面质量和组织结构不良所造成的。但是,大多数钢管表面缺陷,包括裂纹和外折,产生的主要原因是周期式轧机
The production of oil pipe has been mastered in the 168 ~ 325 mm periodic ducted unit of the first rolling mill workshop in Northern Steel Plant. The unit consists of 2000 tons of horizontal hydraulic punching machine, two roller extension machine, two cycle rolling mill and 12 sets of reducing diameter machine. The steel ingot before piercing and the preform before rolling are heated in a toroidal furnace, and the steel pipe before sizing is heated in a step furnace. As we all know, there are high demands on the surface quality of oil pipes, including drill pipes. Studies have shown that defects such as internal folding, individual rolling, cracking and porosity are caused by poor surface quality and poor microstructure of a flat steel ingot of open hearth steel used as tube blank.
