一、1860年后清统治下宁波港外贸简况第二次鸦片战争后签订了天津、北京条约,使宁波的外贸进一步陷入了半殖民化。关税除原定值百抽五外,又规定了抽2.5%的子口税来代替内地税。1861年5月间又成立了专征国际贸易税的浙海关(俗称洋关),其税款收入的40%作为赔款。每三个月一结,自第二结(1861·1·1—1861·3·31)始,扣交英法各二成赔款就达2.43万两,如以一年(1862·10—1863·9)计共扣交3.79万两,加上洋关年开支2.46万两,两者合计达11.25万两,此数占鄞县1861年田赋21万两的一半以上。
