为了实现弧齿锥齿轮的数字化闭环制造,需要对齿面进行网格规划并计算齿面上各离散点的空间坐标及其法向矢量。在弧齿锥齿轮切齿加工原理基础上,根据齿坯与刀具之间的相对位置关系和相对运动关系,同时考虑切齿加工中的刀倾修正运动和滚比修正运动,并运用矢量运算的方法,建立了小轮工作齿面和齿根过渡曲面的数学模型。基于全齿面数学模型,建立了齿面离散点空间坐标及其法向矢量的计算方法,并进行了验证。
In order to realize the digital closed-loop manufacturing of the spiral bevel gear, it is necessary to grid plan the tooth surface and calculate the space coordinate and its normal vector of each discrete point on the tooth surface. Based on the mathematical model of the whole tooth surface, the calculation method of the space coordinate of the tooth surface and its normal vector is established and verified.
