本文是针对北京锅炉厂生产的Y-35/39-1管架式锅炉承载集箱三通进行的强度试验研究。三通是将上下瓦片热压成型后焊制而成的。在三通的肩部及腹部区域具有一定数量的开孔。共作了φ159×14毫米三通、φ219×20毫米三通及φ219×20毫米四通三种型式试件在内压作用下的内外壁应力测定试验及爆破试验。试验是利用100吨万能机及增压缸自制设备进行加压的(最大压力为1000大气压)。
This article is aimed at Beijing Boiler Factory production Y-35 / 39-1 tube rack-mounted header tee strength test conducted. Tee is the upper and lower tiles after hot pressing welded formed. There are a number of openings in the shoulder and abdomen area of the tee. A total of φ159 × 14 mm tee, φ219 × 20 mm tee and φ219 × 20 mm Stone three specimens under internal pressure stress test and burst test. Test is to use 100 tons of universal machine and booster cylinder homemade equipment for the pressure (the maximum pressure of 1000 atmospheres).
