本文首次利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪测定了野生铁核桃叶和花的红外光谱图,分析比较了它们在光谱图上的异同。虽然二者的红外光谱图十分相似,但在1700~500 cm-1区间的红外光谱图形状不同,且有各自独有的特征峰存在。根据各种化学键和官能团振动所引起的吸收峰形状和范围,推断出它们可能含有烷烃类、蒽醌类、酚或醇类、黄酮类、多糖、强心苷、三萜类化合物及其挥发油、鞣质等化学成分。其结论可为研究核桃叶和花的化学成分及作用机理提供科学依据。
This article for the first time using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy infrared spectra of wild iron walnut leaves and flowers were analyzed and compared their similarities and differences in the spectrogram. Although the infrared spectra of the two are very similar, the infrared spectra in the range of 1700-500 cm-1 are different in shape and have their own characteristic peaks. Based on the shape and range of absorption peaks caused by various chemical bonds and functional group vibration, it is concluded that they may contain alkanes, anthraquinones, phenols or alcohols, flavonoids, polysaccharides, cardiac glycosides, triterpenoids and their volatile oils, Tannins and other chemical composition. The conclusion can provide a scientific basis for studying the chemical composition and mechanism of action of walnut leaves and flowers.
