我厂的电弧炉电极夹持器采用风动弹簧压杆式,见图1。在电极升降横臂的尾端安装一个气缸,缸内装有大小两层弹簧,弹簧张力为12263N,另外在风缸前下端及尾端各装一个气嘴,用一个二位四通手动阀控制。在炼钢过程中如需放电极,将手动阀搬向一方,使压缩空气从气缸前下端进入,推动档板压缩弹簧,拉杆回收电极放开。当需夹紧电极时,将手动阀搬向另一方,依靠弹簧张力推动压杆,同时气缸尾端进气,这时电极夹持器夹紧力为二者合力,可达39240N。实践证明,此装置很稳定,电极与夹持器之间减少了接触电阻,消除了二者之间微电弧。
Our electric arc furnace electrode holder using pneumatic spring bar, see Figure 1. A cylinder is installed at the tail end of the electrode lifting and lowering arm. The cylinder is internally provided with two layers of springs with a spring tension of 12263N. In addition, an air nozzle is arranged at the lower and the front of the cylinder, respectively, and controlled by a two-position and four-way manual valve. In the steelmaking process for the discharge pole, move the manual valve to one side, so that compressed air from the front of the cylinder into the push plate compression spring, rod release electrode release. When the need to clamp the electrode, the manual valve to the other side, relying on the spring tension to promote the pressure rod, while the cylinder inlet end, then the electrode holder clamping force for the two together, up to 39240N. Practice has proved that this device is very stable, reducing the contact resistance between the electrode and the holder, eliminating the micro arc between the two.
