北京市某高层住宅小区设计使用年限100年,主体结构采用剪力墙结构体系。针对该住宅设计使用年限100年的关键问题,从“百年住宅”结构设计技术体系出发,从结构布置、结构安全、主体耐久等方面,对地震作用、荷载取值、结构重要性系数、混凝土耐久性、钢筋保护层厚度等方面进行了设计探讨。得出如下结论:地震作用可通过确定设计使用年限100年相同超越概率的地震动参数来确定;楼、屋面活荷载及基本风压、基本雪压取值均应针对100年设计使用年限进行相应调整;同时应加强结构使用阶段的维护与检修,以保证结构的100年耐久性。
