目的:观察大叶蛇葡萄提取物蛇葡萄素(ampelopsin)、杨梅素(myricetin)、杨梅苷(myricetrin)对肾性高血压大鼠的降压作用。方法:建立改良的二肾一夹高血压大鼠模型(G-2K1C)。大鼠随机分为5组:模型组、蛇葡萄素组、杨梅素组、杨梅苷组和复方罗布麻片Ⅰ组。采用收缩压及舒张压两个指标进行考察。结果:蛇葡萄素组、杨梅素组、杨梅苷组与模型组比较差异具极显著性(P<0.01),表明蛇葡萄素、杨梅素、杨梅苷具有明显的降压作用;与复方罗布麻片Ⅰ组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),表明它们的降压效果与阳性药物复方罗布麻片Ⅰ无显著差异。结论:从大叶蛇葡萄分离得到的蛇葡萄素、杨梅素、杨梅苷具有明显的降压作用,为该药用植物的降压活性成分。
Objective: To observe the antihypertensive effects of ampelopsin, myricetin, and myricetrin on renal hypertensive rats. METHODS: An improved two-kidney, one-clip hypertensive rat model (G-2K1C) was established. Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, aninotetin group, myricetin group, bayberry group and compound apocynum slice I group. Systolic and diastolic pressures were used as indicators for the investigation. RESULTS: There were significant differences (P<0.01) between the oligosacin group, myricetin group, and myricitrin group compared with the model group, indicating that snake vinegar, myricetin, and myricitrin have obvious antihypertensive effect; and compound apocynum There was no significant difference between group I and group I (P>0.05), indicating that their antihypertensive effect was not significantly different from that of the positive drug compound apocynum tablet I. Conclusion: The schizophylline, myricetin and myricitrin isolated from Euphorbia pulcherrima have obvious antihypertensive effect, which is the antihypertensive active ingredient of the medicinal plant.
