2012年8月,腾讯公司基于微信“即时通讯”的核心功能,创新性地推出上一项新的功能模块——微信公众平台。微信公众平台依托于微信培植的庞大粉丝基数,通过对自身开展持续的技术优化和营运功能更新,迅速受到各方的关注和欢迎,成为企业、媒体、公共机构、明星名人、普通个人用户等人群广泛使用的自媒体渠道。微信公众平台能在众多微信公众号之中脱颖而出不仅需要努力还需要很多的技巧。本文以“金院小Q”为例,阐述了微信公众号的运营特点,在诸多公众号的竞争中脱颖而出的方法,以及对金院小Q未来的发展方向进行了简要分析。
