目的:探讨盆炎净颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎的药理作用,从抑菌、抗炎、镇痛方面阐明其作用机制。方法:通过体内外抑菌实验,观察其抑菌作用;通过二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿实验,观察其抗炎作用;通过对冰乙酸所致小鼠扭体反应的影响、对热板法引起小鼠疼痛模型的影响,观察其镇痛作用。结果:盆炎净颗粒具有抑菌、抗炎、镇痛的作用。以上结果为盆炎净颗粒在临床上治疗慢性盆腔炎提供了药效学依据。
Objective: To investigate the pharmacological effects of Panyanjing Granules on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and to elucidate its mechanism of action in terms of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Methods: Antimicrobial effect was observed by in vitro and in vivo antibacterial experiments. The anti-inflammation effect was observed by xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and agar-induced granuloma in rats. The mice were writhed by glacial acetic acid. The effect of the reaction, the effect of the hot plate method on the pain model in mice, and the analgesic effect were observed. Results: The pot granules have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The above results provide the pharmacodynamic basis for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the clinical treatment of Penyanjing Granules.
