目的:探讨冰黄消肿镇痛剂治疗家兔急性软组织损伤的机理。方法:建立家兔急性软组织损伤动物模型,并将其随机分为两组,一组使用冰黄消肿镇痛剂外搽,一组不使用任何消肿镇痛药物,对比观察冰黄消肿镇痛剂治疗家兔急性软组织损伤的肿胀、瘀斑消退情况,血浆粘度,组织学及形态计量学分析变化指标。结果:通过统计学分析,实验组的各项观察指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冰黄消肿镇痛剂能较快消除肿胀、瘀斑,且具有良好的改善局部血液循环,促进伤区病变吸收和组织修复的作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of acute yellow soft tissue injury in rabbits treated by Bing Huang Xiaozhong Analgesic. METHODS: Animal models of acute soft tissue injury were established in rabbits and randomly divided into two groups. One group used external defecation analgesic agents and one group did not use any swelling analgesic drugs. Contrast observation of ice yellow swelling Analgesic treatment of acute soft tissue injury in rabbits, swelling, freckle regression, plasma viscosity, histological and morphometric analysis of changes indicators. Results: Through statistical analysis, the improvement of the observation indexes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bing Huang swelling analgesic can quickly eliminate swelling, ecchymosis, and has a good improvement of local blood circulation, and promote the absorption of wound area lesions and tissue repair.
