相信大家都熟悉维生素B,包括维生素B1、B2、B3、B6、B12、生物素和泛酸等,但是胆素肯定是最鲜为人知的一种。一般人连它的名字也搞不清楚,经常跟“胆固醇”和“胆红素”混淆,更遑论认识它的功能。其实胆素摄取不足,会直接影响心脏健康、神经反应、肌肉控制及肝脏功能等,更多人关注的,其实是它维持记忆力的作用!
I believe we are all familiar with vitamin B, including vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid, but certainly the most biliary cholesterol one.
