在饮用水源中分离到麦氏孤菌188株,其中9株为产色素麦氏弧菌。该菌区别于其它致病性弧菌的显著特点是氧化酶和硝酸盐还原试验均阴性,在无盐陈水中呈现弱生长。根据麦氏弧菌对乳糖、肌醇的分解和靛基质反应的不同,首次提出该菌的“生化学分型模式”。经鉴定188株麦氏弧菌分属8个生物型,以Ⅰ型最多见,占53.19%,Ⅲ型次之,占11.70%,其它型别较少见。
188 strains of M. albicans were isolated from drinking water sources, of which 9 strains were Vibrio metsnii. The bacteria are distinguished from other pathogenic Vibrio by the obvious characteristics of oxidase and nitrate reduction tests were negative, showed no growth in salt-free Chen Shui. According to the differences of lactobacilli, inositol, and indomethacin reaction of Vibrio metsyme, the “biochemical classification pattern” of the bacteria was proposed for the first time. 188 strains of M.vulgaris were identified as belonging to 8 biotypes, accounting for 53.19% of type Ⅰ, followed by type Ⅲ, accounting for 11.70%. Other types were rare.
