本研究用NADPH-d组织化学方法,对成年大鼠一侧穹窿海马个切断后前脑NOS阳性神经元的变化进行了计量学分析。结果表明:损伤1周后,损伤侧内侧隔核和斜角带垂直支的NOS阳性神经元数分别减少到71.79%和85.86%,细胞面积缩小到86.34%和92.71%,细胞灰度值增大到111.86%和120.37%;损伤后2周,损伤侧内侧隔核和斜角带垂直支的NOS阳性神经元数量持续下降,分别减少到63.95%和73.56%,细胞面积缩小到61.78%和89.77%,灰度值增大到116.78%和128.96%;损伤后3、4周,损伤侧两核的NOS阳性神经元的变化和第2周时类似,数值保持在较稳定的水平。提示受损的前脑NOS阳性神经元发生退变。
In this study, NADPH-d histochemical method was used to measure the changes of NOS positive neurons in the frontalis of adult hippocampus. The results showed that the numbers of NOS positive neurons in the medial septum and the vertical branches of the diagonal strips decreased to 71.79% and 85.86% respectively after 1 week of injury, with the cell area reduced to 86.34% and 92.71 %, And the cell gray value increased to 111.86% and 120.37% respectively. After 2 weeks, the number of NOS positive neurons in the medial septum and vertical branches of the bevel continued to decline, decreasing to 63.95 % And 73.56%, the cell area reduced to 61.78% and 89.77%, the gray value increased to 116.78% and 128.96% Changes in positive neurons were similar to those at week 2, with the values remaining stable. Prompt damage to the forebrain NOS positive neurons degeneration.
