目的对24例正常成人肝小叶、门管小叶及肝腺泡等不同结构和功能单位进行形态计量测定。方法应用Quantimet570C图像分析仪进行形态计量分析。结果测得正常肝小叶、门管小叶和肝腺泡的面积分别为1.472±0.273mm2、0.911±0.304mm2和0.602±0.158mm2;周长分别为4.289±1.022mm、4.106±0.964mm和3.218±0.548mm。肝小叶中央静脉偏位系数1.042±0.031;相邻门管小叶汇管区距离为0.821±0.248mm。结论本文为肝疾病的病理研究与诊断提供正常形态结构的客观参照指数。
Objective To measure the morphological characteristics of 24 adult normal hepatic lobules, portal leaflets and hepatic acinar in different structures and functional units. Methods Quantimet570C image analyzer for morphometric analysis. Results The area of normal hepatic lobules, portal leaflets and hepatic acinus were 1.472 ± 0.273mm2, 0.911 ± 0.304mm2 and 0.602 ± 0.158mm2, respectively, and the peripheral lengths were 4.289 ± 1.022mm, 4.106 ± 0.964mm and 3.218 ± 0.548mm. The central venous deviation coefficient of hepatic lobule was 1.042 ± 0.031, and the distance between adjacent portal venous portal area was 0.821 ± 0.248mm. Conclusion This article provides an objective reference index for the normal morphological structure of liver disease pathology research and diagnosis.
