目的:观察对初产妇应用亲情-责任交互式管理模式对其母乳喂养自我效能改善的效果。方法:选取2014年于衢州市中医医院分娩的200例初产妇作为研究对象,根据患者就诊时间分成2组,2014年1-6月就诊的100例患者为对照组,对照组实施传统责任制管理,2014年7-12月就诊的100例患者为观察组,观察组实施亲情-责任交互式管理模式,观察并比较各组护理管理效果。结果:观察组母乳喂养相关知识知晓程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),文化程度为大专及以上、职业分布为干部组的知晓率最高(P<0.01),两组母乳喂养自我效能(BSES)量表评分、满意程度对比观察组均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:亲情-责任交互式管理可有效提高初产妇的母乳喂养自我效能,具有促进初产妇产褥期母乳喂养及增加产妇满意程度等重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of improving the self-efficacy of breastfeeding for primipara by using the interactive mode of affection and responsibility. Methods: A total of 200 primiparous women delivered at Quzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital in 2014 were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into two groups according to the time of their visit. One hundred patients from January to June in 2014 were selected as control group. The control group was administered traditional responsibility system The 100 patients treated in July-December 2014 were the observation group and the observation group. The interactive model of family-responsibility interaction was observed and the nursing management effects of each group were observed and compared. Results: The awareness of breastfeeding related knowledge in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), the education level was college and above, the occupational distribution was the highest in the cadre group (P <0.01), and the breastfeeding self-efficacy BSES scale scores, the satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The affection-responsibility interactive management can effectively improve the breast-feeding self-efficacy of primipara and has the important role of promoting the puerperium breastfeeding of primipara and increasing maternal satisfaction.
