教学是面对人和面对未来的工作。只要是人与人之间的关系,情感交互就是非常重要的。教师这个工作对基本素质的要求非常高,除了能够想到的高尚的师德、丰富的知识、流畅的语言表述以外,还有对教育工作的热爱、与时俱进的学习能力,还有高的情商——情感交互能力。课堂是贯彻实施素质教育的主阵地,是进行教学试验的主战场。本文从12年的教学经验中总结出课堂参与度不高的原因,究其原因对症下药,从学生性格到老师的课堂设计;从以往的学习经验到家长的信息反馈;从同一学生群体的单科长期表现到全科听评课感受……提升到课堂参与度与学生健全人格建立的关系。
Teaching is the face of people and the face of the future. As long as the relationship between people, emotional interaction is very important. Teacher’s job requires a very high level of basic quality. In addition to the noble virtues, rich knowledge and fluent language that can be imagined, there is also a love of education, an advanced learning ability, and a high Emotional Intelligence - Emotional Interaction Ability. Classroom is the main front for carrying out quality education and the main battlefield for teaching experiment.
