科学管理很重要的一个方面,就是组织绩效考评体系。但现今的绩效考评体系还存在着很多不足,这些不足导致了绩效考评结果的不理想,所以需建立起适应组织持续发展为核心的科学的绩效考评体系。论文结合持续发展论、管理学和经济学等的相关原理与方法,分析了组织绩效考评失效的根本原因以及需改善的事项,最终总结出一个绩效考评改善模型,从绩效考评的角度解决组织持续发展的难题。
One of the most important aspects of scientific management is the organization’s performance appraisal system. However, there are still many deficiencies in the current performance appraisal system. These deficiencies lead to unsatisfactory performance appraisal results. Therefore, we need to establish a scientific performance appraisal system that adapts to the sustainable development of an organization. Based on the theories and methods of sustainable development, management science and economics, this dissertation analyzes the root causes of organizational performance appraisal failure and the issues to be improved. Finally, it summarizes a performance appraisal improvement model, and resolves the problem of organization persistence from the perspective of performance appraisal Development of the problem.
