细筛(原各切割筛)六十年代国外已经采用,我国是从七十年代开始研制的。近年在一些铁矿选厂及个别稀有金属矿山开始使用。我国用的细筛,由尼龙1010注塑成型的筛篦组成。筛篦长×宽×高=400×120×5.1毫米。筛条断面为一等腰梯形。此筛篦较不锈钢筛条具有造价低廉,耐磨损等优点。目前我国几个铁矿选矿厂采用的细筛,根据生产规模不同,每台细筛均由多联筛片组成。每联筛片由多块筛篦并成,一般长1200×1500毫米,细筛倾角50~60°,处理量5~8吨/联·小时。给矿浓度50%左右。筛孔(长孔)0.15~0.35毫米,击振装置的打击频率在6~21次/分。
