混合式机组技术供水已在国内部分低水头的水电站中逐渐得到运用,其使用灵活、适应性强,大大提升了水电站机组技术供水可靠性,因此颇受设计院喜爱。但在机组技术供水方式间进行切换时阀门操作项目多、操作顺序要求高,此时一旦发生程序控制或者人为引起的误操作,处理不及时就可能会导致严重的水淹事故。本文介绍了如何防止这种情况下误操作发生,包括电动阀门操作的闭锁逻辑及其实现方法。
The technology of water supply for hybrid units has gradually been applied in some domestic low-water-scale hydropower stations. Its flexibility in use and adaptability have greatly enhanced the reliability of water supply for hydropower units and are therefore very much loved by the design institutes. However, there are many valve operation items and high operation sequence requirements when switching between the technical water supply modes of the unit. In this case, if the program control or man-made misoperation occurs, improper handling may cause serious flooding accident. This article describes how to prevent misoperation in such cases, including the operation of the electric valve blocking logic and its implementation.
