一、何谓激励从管理的角度看,激励同计划、组织、指导和控制一样,是管理的一个基本职能。广义的激励是指激发鼓励,调动人的热情和积极性。从诱因和强化的观点看,激励是将外部适当的刺激转化为内部心理动力,从而增强或减弱人的意志和行为。激励就是通过适当的方法激发员工的热情和积极性,引导规范员工按组织的要求做事,从而有效地实现组织目标和员工的个人目标。激励的核心问题是动机是否被激发,通常人们的动机被激发得越强烈,激励的程度就越高,为实现目标,工作就越努力。激励的目的,是推动员工的积极性,但是人产生行为往往受精
