年鉴是系统工程,作为年度项目,可以结合项目阶段、项目工作包干、项目活动等相关项目管理实践,有效实现年鉴项目的计划、组织、实施、控制和决策,最终完成预期的质量目标。《北京教育年鉴》编纂实践中,从通过项目生命周期概念界定年鉴的流程模块;按照项目范围管理要求梳理项目实施与控制阶段工作;在年鉴项目阶段范围界定的基础上完成年鉴项目工作分解;通过项目时间管理把握年鉴工作流程进度,高质量完成年鉴编纂工作,年鉴编纂通过项目管理实现科学化管理。
Yearbook is a systematic project. As an annual project, we can effectively plan, organize, implement, control and make the yearbook project according to the project management practices such as project stage, project work and project activities, and finally accomplish the expected quality objectives. In the compilation of “Beijing Education Yearbook”, the process module of Yearbook is defined through the concept of project life cycle; the project implementation and control stage is sorted out in accordance with the requirements of project scope management; the yearbook project work breakdown is completed on the basis of scope definition of project stage; Project Time Management Grasp the progress of the Yearbook Workflow, complete the compilation of the Yearbook with high quality, and compile the Yearbook through the project management to achieve scientific management.
