通过实验的方法研究了开孔尺寸与腔体体积对改进型压电合成射流驱动器出口处射流强度的影响,由热线风速仪测得的瞬时速度,得到了各驱动器试件单位周期内最大速度与时均速度的频响曲线,并引入腔体体积与开孔面积的比值作为无量纲参数,使得能够将驱动器几何尺寸参数对其射流的影响统一起来.结果显示:在低频谐振频率处,单位周期内最大速度值与时均速度值单调下降;而在高频谐振频率处,时均速度单调下降,单位周期内最大速度值存在极值点;驱动器的几何参数主要对高频区的谐振频率有重要影响.
The effects of the size of the hole and the volume of the cavity on the jet flow at the exit of the improved piezoelectric synthetic jet actuator were studied experimentally. The maximum velocity and the maximum velocity in the unit cycle of each actuator specimen were obtained with the instantaneous velocity measured by the hot wire anemometer. And the ratio of cavity volume to open area is taken as the dimensionless parameter to make it possible to unify the influence of the actuator geometry parameters on the jet.The results show that at low frequency resonance frequency, The maximum velocity and the average velocity decrease monotonously; while at the high-frequency resonance frequency, the average velocity decreases monotonically with the maximum velocity in the unit cycle extremes; the geometric parameters of the actuator mainly affect the resonant frequency in the high frequency region Significant influence.
