以雷达武器装备数字电路维修保障为背景,分别从故障来源、测试系统类别等对方面国内外主流的数字电路测试诊断技术进行了研究,并在详细分析ICT(In-Circuit)测试、功能测试及传统边界扫描测试原理的技术上,对传统意义上的边界扫描测试诊断技术进行了改进,提出了“MERGE”边界扫描测试模型建立方法,拓展了边界扫描技术的适用范围,解决了对含有大规模集成电路的新型雷达装备数字电路的测试问题,其整体研发思路对同类型测试诊断平台的研发具有重要的借鉴价值和参考意义。
Taking the maintenance of digital circuit of radar weaponry as the background, this paper studies the main digital circuit test and diagnosis technology both at home and abroad, such as the origin of fault and the category of test system. In addition, it analyzes the In-Circuit Test, Function Test, The traditional boundary scan test technique is technically improved on the traditional boundary scan test diagnostic technique. The method of establishing the “MERGE” boundary scan test model is proposed and the applicable scope of the boundary scan technique is expanded. Large scale integrated circuit of the new radar equipment digital circuit test problems, the overall research and development ideas for the same type of test diagnostic platform has important reference value and reference significance.
