在调研分析国内外堵水调剖的经验教训的基础上,按照系统工程认真地组织了这个研究试验项目。首先,从油藏描述搞清沉积相和剩余油分布入手,经过油藏数值模拟、历史拟合、注示踪剂等技术的应用,加深了对油藏分层静动态的认识,经过系统室内试验,研究筛选出廉价的粘土颗粒堵剂,建立了优化设计方法,得出最佳方案,确定了适应大剂量封堵大孔道的多段塞双液法施工程序,因地制宜地配套了立式电泵堵水工艺,进行了科学的效果综合评价,形成了封堵大孔道控水稳油的配套技术。该技术研究了粘土的各项性能,封堵机理,与其配套的技术结合起来,经现场341口井试验,效果明显,增油36×104余t,为石油企业提供了一条改善高渗透油田开发效果的新途径,将对油田控水稳油起到重要的作用。本文主要介绍了胜坨油田二区沙二3整体封堵大孔道控水稳油技术。
