目的制备植物乳杆菌M1-UVs29缓释微胶囊,并分析其缓释性能。方法以壳聚糖-海藻酸钠为壁材制备植物乳杆菌M1-UVs29缓释微胶囊,在单因素试验的基础上,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,以包埋率为响应值,依据回归分析确定最佳工艺条件,对模型进行验证,并检测微胶囊在模拟肠液中的释放效果。结果最佳工艺条件为:海藻酸钠浓度2.7 g/100 ml,壳聚糖浓度0.8 g/100 ml,Ca Cl2浓度2.0 g/100 ml。所制备的微胶囊累计释放时间达8 h左右。结论成功制备了植物乳杆菌M1-UVs29缓释微胶囊,其具有较好的缓释性能。
OBJECTIVE To prepare Lactobacillus plantarum M1-UVs29 sustained-release microcapsules and analyze its sustained-release properties. Methods Lactobacillus plantarum M1-UVs29 sustained-release microcapsules were prepared by using chitosan-alginate as wall material. On the basis of single-factor experiment, three-factor and three-level response surface analysis , According to regression analysis to determine the optimal process conditions, the model validation, and test the release of microcapsules in simulated intestinal fluid. Results The optimum conditions were: sodium alginate concentration 2.7 g / 100 ml, chitosan 0.8 g / 100 ml and Ca Cl2 2.0 g / 100 ml. The prepared microcapsules accumulated release time up to about 8 h. Conclusion Lactobacillus plantarum M1-UVs29 sustained-release microcapsules were successfully prepared and had good sustained-release properties.
