目的分析上肢机器人对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复的影响。方法将符合标准的80例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。对照组予以常规训练,治疗组在对照组常规训练的基础上结合上肢机器人训练治疗。结果治疗2个月后,治疗组显效24例(60%),有效14例(35%),无效2例(5%),总有效率为95%;对照组显效6例(15%),有效12例(30%),无效22例(55%),总有效率为45%。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者中运用上肢机器人对其进行康复训练,使得大脑神经结构发生可属性的改变,提高患者的上肢及手部活动能力。改善脑卒中患者的肢体功能障碍,最大限度地恢复脑卒中患者的自由行走。
Objective To analyze the effect of upper limb robot on functional recovery of stroke patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was routinely trained, and the treatment group was combined with the upper limb robot training based on the routine training of the control group. Results Two months after treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 24 (60%), 14 (35%) were effective, 2 (5%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95% Effective in 12 cases (30%), ineffective in 22 cases (55%), the total effective rate was 45%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Rehabilitative training of upper limbs in stroke patients results in changes in the structure of the brain’s nerves and in the ability of the upper limbs and hands of the patients. Improve limb dysfunction in patients with stroke and maximize freedom of stroke patients.
