为了观察绞股蓝总皂甙(CP)对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)肾组织纤维化的改善作用,用腺嘌呤灌胃建立大鼠CRF模型,予GP进行防治。结果显示,治疗组大鼠肾功能明显改善,内皮素(ET)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量明显降低,和病理组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。肾脏组织病理检查病理组病损严重,肾小球系膜细胞增生,间质明显纤维化,而治疗组系膜细胞增生及间质纤维化明显减轻。提示:绞股蓝总皂甙具有改善肾功能,拮抗血浆ET和TNF,抗肾纤维化的作用
In order to observe the effect of gypenosides (CP) on renal tissue fibrosis in chronic renal failure (CRF), a rat model of CRF was established by intragastric administration of adenine to prevent and treat GP. The results showed that the renal function of the treatment group was significantly improved, and the levels of endothelin (ET) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were significantly decreased, which was significantly different from the pathological group (P<0.01). Pathological examination of kidney pathology revealed severe lesions, glomerular mesangial cell proliferation, and fibrosis in the stroma, whereas mesangial cell proliferation and interstitial fibrosis were significantly reduced in the treated group. Tip: Gynostemma saponins can improve renal function, antagonize plasma ET and TNF, and prevent renal fibrosis
