A careful comparison of the current situation in Chechnya in Russia with the Kosovo situation in Yugoslavia before 24 March 1999 reveals striking similarities: the government forces crack down on the establishment of an independent national separatist nation; the illegal armed insurgency Molecules are constantly terrorizing; tens of thousands of refugees are homeless; leaders in Western countries are blaming their media for wanton distortion .... The only difference is that the U.S.-led NATO did not dare to use Russia as easily as the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia did. Why is that? There are, of course, many reasons for this. But the most fundamental and crucial one is that Russia possesses a powerful nuclear force that terrorizes the West.
