安岳卧佛院位于(安岳)县城北40千米的八庙乡,2007年我们曾对卧佛院进行过考古调查,并发表了调查简报~([1])。在其北岩第3号龛唐代大卧佛下有一幅巨型浮雕,以第24号龛为中心,左右包括第5~8、10~16、22、23号龛~([2])(图一),其中第7、8、10~13、16号龛内为毗卢遮那佛与十二圆觉菩萨造像,其他龛内则雕凿善财童子五十三参等内容。毗卢遮那佛与十二圆觉菩萨内容出自厨宾(今克什米尔地区)僧人佛陀多罗 An Yue Reclining Buddha Temple is located 40 kilometers north of (Anyue) County Eight Temple Township, in 2007 we conducted an investigation of the Temple of the Reclining Buddha and published a survey briefing ~ ([1]).
