为了对枸杞子药材及其有关制剂的质量进行控制，本文对不同产地的枸杞子进行了比较分析，收集其色谱、质谱图。本文仅对其脂溶性成分进行分析，以石油醚提取后，进行气相色谱／质谱（ＧＣ／ＭＳ）分析，对比各药材的总离子流图，进行组分差异分析。实验结果认为其总离子流图有较大的共同点，可作为定性的依据；但亦存在不同之处，各组分的相对百分含量不尽相同，所含成分亦有区别；利用计算机谱库检索并核对有关资料，个别组分还利用对照品进行对照，共鉴定出３３种化合物。
In order to control the quality of Gardenia jasminoides and its related preparations, this article compares and analyzes the wolfberry fruit from different areas and collects the chromatogram and mass spectrum. In this article, only the fat-soluble components were analyzed and extracted with petroleum ether. The gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis was performed to compare the total ion current maps of each medicinal material and the differences in components were analyzed. The experimental results suggest that the total ion current maps have more common points, which can be used as a qualitative basis; however, there are also differences. The relative percentages of the components are not the same, and the ingredients are also different. The library searched and checked the relevant data, and individual components were also compared using the reference substance. A total of 33 compounds were identified.
