目的:为了了解应城市农产品及其生长环境中农药残留的现状。方法:2006年4月至2008年9月在应城市辖区内采集农产品及其生长环境样品10类共622份,进行21种农药残留量的检测。结果:农产品及其生长环境中农药残留检出率为19.61%,超标率为8.68%;检出率高低依次为猪肉>大米>蔬菜>茶叶>鱼>菜油>土壤>地表水>井水>莲藕,同一品种样品农药残留含量差别较大;不同样品农药残留差异显著,2χ=130.25,P<0.01。结论:应城市农产品及其生长环境中农药残留比较严重,部分样品中还检出了违禁农药,提示必须加强农药管理,控制农产品及环境中农药残留。
Purpose: In order to understand the current status of pesticide residues in agricultural products and their growing environment in Yingcheng City. Methods: From April 2006 to September 2008, a total of 622 samples of 10 types of agricultural products and their environment for growth were collected in Yingcheng district and 21 pesticide residues were detected. Results: The detection rate of pesticide residues in agricultural products and their growth environment was 19.61% with the exceeding standard rate of 8.68%. The detection rates were: pork> rice> vegetable> tea> fish> vegetable oil> soil> surface water> well water> lotus root , The same sample of pesticide residues in different large differences; different samples of pesticide residues significant difference, 2χ = 130.25, P <0.01. Conclusion: The residues of pesticides in agricultural products and their growing environment in Yingcheng City are rather serious. Some pesticides were also detected in some samples, suggesting that pesticide management should be strengthened to control pesticide residues in agricultural products and the environment.
