研究乙型和丁型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝和丁肝)免疫发病机制时,大量资料证明本病T和B细胞免疫系统发生障碍,同时也证明单核吞噬细胞系统也起着重要作用。为此研究在本病时的巨噬细胞功能状态。该文观察180例3个月~12岁乙肝和丁肝患儿,急性乙肝50例,其中轻型5例、中度型23例、重型9例、恶性型13例。慢性乙肝97例,其中迁延型36例、活动型42例,慢性活动性(简称慢活乙肝)伴肝硬化13例。慢性丁肝33例,其中慢性活动型(简称慢活丁肝)20例,慢性丁肝伴肝硬化13例。
