单宁残渣是生产纤维板的劣质原料,在实验室和生产中用单宁残渣制造纤维板,其静曲强度不符合苏联国定标准4598—60的要求。为了改善纤维板的质量,在单宁残渣分离前,必须加工,以提高纤维的塑性,假如纤维是弹性的,当进行分离时即碎裂,即或叩解度很高,纤维板质量也是很低的。塑性较大的纤维,进行分离时,切断较少,可提高静曲强度。我们试验了数种较简单、较便宜的加工单宁残渣
Tannin residue is a low-quality raw material for the production of fiberboard. In the laboratory and production of fiberboard with tannin residue, its buckling strength does not meet the requirements of the Soviet Union’s national standard 4598-60.
