五段制预探井NP3-80井于2012年11月19日交井,截至投稿日,该井是冀东油田最深井。该井眼质量、所钻遇地层极其复杂,钻井阶段采用享誉石油领域的渤海钻探泥浆公司的BH-KSM特色钻井液体系顺利完钻。该井完井试油阶段施工程序繁琐,难度大,所以我们必须选择一种同时满足钻井、完井、洗井要求的钻井液体系作为后期施工的保障。我们通过严格的室内研究与客观分析,最终我们确定以卤水做为分散介质结合BH-KSM体系作为后期施工的钻井液(我们称之为BH-KSM-80体系)。BH-KSM-80体系是继1986年任勋同志提出“用卤水做钻井液和洗井液的设想”以来首次成功的现场应用。
Five-well pre-exploratory wells NP3-80 wells were deposited on November 19, 2012. Up to the submission date, the wells were the deepest wells in Jidong Oilfield. The quality of the borehole and the formations encountered were extremely complicated. The drilling phase was successfully completed with BH-KSM special drilling fluid from Bohai Drilling Mud Company, which is well known for its oil field. The completion and test phase of the well is complicated and difficult to complete. Therefore, we must choose a drilling fluid system that meets the requirements of drilling, completion and well washing at the same time as the guarantee of post-construction. Through rigorous in-house research and objective analysis, we finally determined to use BH-KSM system as a dispersion medium for drilling fluid (which we call BH-KSM-80 system). BH-KSM-80 system is the first successful field application since Comrade Ren Xun put forward the idea of using brine as a drilling fluid and wash fluid in 1986.
