Since the 1980s, the study of corporate culture by foreign management scholars has formed an upsurge. The four bestsellers launched by the American management community: Corporate Culture, Positive Theory, Japan’s Management Art, and Seeking Advantage are all about corporate culture and have explored new theories and practices in corporate management. The rise of corporate culture boom has fully reflected the changes in global corporate management. In 1984, after introducing China’s corporate culture writings to China, it immediately caught the attention of the theoretical circle and the industrial and commercial enterprises in China and set off a company.
