语言、思维与逻辑的关系是法律逻辑学这一学科的理论基础,对于思维与语言、逻辑表达与语法运用的关系还有待深入研究。对这些基本理论问题的深入理解无疑会增强法律逻辑学的教学效果。在法律逻辑学教学实践中应当注意到上述问题的存在。因此,强调以语言为中心反思逻辑学的科学性、以应用性为导向理解法律逻辑学的实践性,才能促进教材理论与教学方法相得益彰。
The relationship between language, thinking and logic is the theoretical basis of the discipline of legal logic, and the relationship between thinking and language, logical expression and grammar needs to be further studied. In-depth understanding of these basic theoretical issues will undoubtedly enhance the teaching effectiveness of legal logic. In the teaching of legal logic should pay attention to the existence of the above problems. Therefore, it is emphasized that using language as the core to reflect on the science of logic and using applicability as a guide to understand the practicality of legal logic can we promote the combination of textbook theory and teaching methods.
