有感于阅读风气的衰微,连续几年的全国两会都有人提出设立“国家阅读节”的提案,我认为这并非推动文化教育的根本。问题症结在于,设立一个提倡阅读的节日,对于国民阅读风 Due to the decline of the reading culture, there have been proposals for the establishment of the National Reading Festival for two consecutive years. I don’t think this is the foundation for promoting cultural education. The crux of the problem lies in setting up a festival that promotes reading and reading for the people.
